For out-of-town guests, discounted rooms are available just up the road at the Holiday Inn Hotel & Suites, Harbourside.  The hotel is located across the street from the beach and offers a pool, hot tub, and fitness center.  Kids will enjoy the game room as well as the 18-hole miniature golf course. 

Guests can also purchase discounted tickets to ​Splash Harbour Water Park, located right next door.

The hotel offers boat rentals, fishing charters, dolphin watching and sunset tours.  It's also a stop on the free Beach Trolley: go south to visit John’s Pass Village in Madeira Beach for waterfront shopping and dining or head north to the  Clearwater Marine Aquarium.

Many of the rooms have a full kitchen or kitchenette, but the hotel is also home to the popular local restaurant and bar Jimmy Guana's.
